Born along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea in Alexandria, Egypt, Dr. Ingy and her family moved to New Jersey when she was two to seek out a better life opportunity. As she broke the barriers of her cultural expectations, she sought out a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences, Middle Eastern Studies, and Psychology. She later earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from Boston University where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
